Brownies Custard Stand has two locations, Wilson NY and Olcott NY.

Our team is made up of ice cream scoopers/cashiers, grill cooks and cleaning/maintenance. Brownies Custard Stand does not require previous experience. We want all our team members to learn all areas of service, although there may be limitations on the hours you can work and positions you can work, based on NYS minor labor laws.

Minimum age to work at Brownies Custard stand is 14 years old. Minimum age to apply for a grill/fryer position is 16 years old. All applicants under the age of 18 years are required to have working papers upon start date. The Cleaning/Maintenance position may require hours outside of restaurant operating hours. All positions are part time.

Below is an application link. Please print, fill out and turn in application to the drop box that is located outside Brownies Wilson. The application drop box is on the patio side of the building.

Applications will be reviewed in order that they are received. Applicants will be chosen based on multiple factors, including applicants' availability and our business need.
