Brownies Custard Stand has two locations, Wilson NY and Olcott NY.
We are still hiring for grill/fryer positions for our Olcott and Wilson location. We currently have all ice cream scooper/cashier positions filled for the start of the 2025 season for our Wilson and Olcott locations. You may still apply; we will still accept applications. The applicants will be added to the waiting list and offered any spots that become available throughout the season by order as they are received.
Our team consists of scoopers/cashiers and grill/prep. Previous experience is not required at Brownies Custard Stand. We aim to provide all team members with the opportunity to learn all aspects of service, although there may limitations to the hours you can and the positions you can hold, based on NYS labor laws for minors.
The minimum age to work at Brownies Custard stand is 14 years old. Minimum age to apply for a grill/fryer position is 16 years old. All applicants under the age of 18 years are required to have working papers upon start date. All positions are part time.

Applications will be reviewed in order that they are received. Applicants will be chosen based on multiple factors, including but not limited to age restrictions for minors (based on NYS labor laws), applicants' availability and our business need.

4 PM-7PM Friday
12 PM-7 PM Saturday & Sunday
Opening for the Season May 2nd
